TS Multicleaning & Consignment was founded and created by me, owner and operator,Tammy Schoppe.
after 20 plus years of experience working for other cleaning companies and Health care assistance companies and watching the different interactions that these companies have with customers, I have become very attached and dedicated to this profession due to my heart and passion for people. Due to the pros and cons of experiencing employment through other companies, I found that there were things that I did and didn't like as far as the services provided. Because of my desire to accommodate and please others and bring a smile to every face, I have recognized my passion as being one that I want to have my name attached to. Bringing about my own company has allowed me to accommodate for those things and to personalize myself, setting me apart from all the rest, as well as allowing me to give ample time to my own family. It has pushed me to open up and remove limits off of myself, releasing myself to expand my own creativity and talents in so many areas , allowing freedom to use my talents to bring a smile to all those I'm blessed to come in contact with. I believe that where my name is, my reputation will stand. The initials of my name are my fingerprint on my services. My greatest desire is to please and accommodate all those in need; both those who can afford as well as those who are less fortunate in the cost of living in our society today. We seek to give the lowest quote to all our clients. We are flexible, laid back, and will meet your more personal housekeeping and other requested needs with care and dedication. Everyone has different likes and dislike when it comes to cleaning methods and other styles and tastes. We take the time to make the experience with us what you want it to be. This is why we pride ourselves in getting to know our clients.
These "Agreement" Committments are designed for nothing more than to give our clients written understanding of what services they can expect to receive from TS Multicleaning. It gives us a record of our client's likes and dislike and keeps us up to date on what each specific client is paying for and expecting from us, so that we can meet every single need to an expectation of nothing less than the best.
Residential Cleans are estimated according to flat rate on every 1st clean, known as a deep clean. Residential Clients requesting 1 time service will be charged by square footage (depending on what discounts may apply to the client) according to service rendered, unless otherwise deemed.-----------------------------------------Deep Cleans for contract clients ARE MOST ALWAYS PREFORMED ON 1ST INITIAL VIST AND WILL INCLUDE A FLAT RATE ACCORDING TO SQUARE FOOTAGE OF HOME. ----------------------Each quote is done on a case by case basis while taking under consideration the needs that will be rendered too. We look at the depth of cleaning that is called to be done, the time that it will take to do it, the cost of the supplies, travel, and the urgency of the need according to each individual home on a case-by-case basis.
commercial businesses are estimated by Flat Rate and (.9 to .15) cents per Square Footage according to services rendered and the size of the establishment.
ALL PRICES ARE UP FOR POSSIBLE NEGOTIATION AT OWNER/OPERATOR DISCRETION.
Make Ready Cleanings are always estimated by Square footage at a ratio of(12 to 17) cents per square foot according to Services rendered.
Organization:I ealize how important it is to be able to have some organization in your surroundings. I pride myself on being able to make things as easy as possible for you in every aspect of your home life. This particular service is charge by the hour. The hourly rate is considered between the client and myself according to what needs to be done. I do take into consideration the needs that are having to be met as well as where each client is in their individual situation. Flat rates are available upon request if an agreement is reached.
Yard Sale:Yard sale can be very stressful to plan and to run. I offer my services from start to finish. My skills for marketing and upselling are used in order to bring you the best clientele when having your sell. Payment can be rendered :*by percentage of what you reach in sale.* by hourly rate.* or by flat rate.This is determined by the type and size of the sale.
Consignments:I do offer my services and taking your items in and doing all of the research on them. I then Reach Out to my own connections and put all of my efforts into giving you the best price at the quickest pace. You don't have to lift a finger. No research, no paperwork, no stress, just sit back and let me do the work why you get paid the best dollar amount for your items.This can be done by percentage or a flat rate. Flat rate payments are required at the time of services rendered and are not negotiable whether the item is sold or not. Time table agreements are individually met between you and I on case by case basis.Those clients having more items to consign are recommended to pay by each sale which ensures that we enter an agreement of 60% vs 40%. You receive the 60% I receive the 40% of each sale.
Decorating, Decor, Distressing of furniture, and all other decorative services are agreed upon on a case-by-case basis
